Because the customization of hotel furniture or other engineering furniture has such characteristics, diverse styles, more or less quantity, complex materials, diversified processes and restrictions on site conditions lead to special installation requirements. The RMB 5 million hotel furniture project may involve more than a thousand categories of furniture and dozens of types of wood, boards and fabrics. If the drawings are not well detailed or the statistics are inappropriate, it will cause many problems to the hotel or the completion of the project. So how do we solve it?
If the proportion of hotel furniture is not properly decomposed, it will not meet the designer's design concept and requirements; if the statistics are not in place, it will lead to confusion on site. If the quantity is small, it will not be enough, and if there is too much, there will be no place to put it; if the materials are used incorrectly or with the wrong combination, it will lead to confusion. 1. After the project is completed, the project team must meet to review the production process, communication process, furniture quality and other issues, and implement continuous quality improvement.
2. Each project will automatically form a project team, from order tracking, production, inspection to documentation, to facilitate information feedback and handling of unexpected quality incidents.
3. Drawings are subject to three-level review, including self-inspection by the designer, review by the technical quality director, and approval by the project manager before being released to the production workshop.
4. Before each piece of furniture is produced, the design department should print a one-to-one proofing drawing, and the business and design departments should jointly explain the drawings and material requirements to the production department.
5. Each project forms a corresponding folder, and the furniture and on-site drawings of each project are uniformly managed. Distribution, modification, and archiving are all carried out by dedicated personnel for record management.
